Academies @ Roxborough Biotechnology students attended a field trip to the Forensic Mentoring Institute. Students participated in a lab to identify drugs and blood samples from a crime scene.
Students Participated in the Biodiversity, Adaptations & Biomes program at Longwood Gardens this week. They were guided on a tour of Science in the Garden. Students from the VAP Academy traveled through Longwood’s four-acre Conservatory to experience the characteristics of different biomes. Identify specific adaptations and explore diverse plant species surviving in unique environments.
Academies @ Roxborough English students along with Mrs. Yacker attended a field trip to West Chester University. Students were there to see a performance of the play Antigone a Greek tragedy.
