The Academies @ Roxborough Girls Softball team won their first playoff game Wednesday May8th! The girls played against Esperanza and won 22-20! The next game is an away game Friday, May 10th against Arts Academy at Benjamin Rush.

On Wednesday, NFTE hosted the regional round for its annual Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge. Earlier this spring, more than 500 students from nearly 40 Philadelphia-area schools presented their business plans to outside judges at their local schools. 30 of these student competitors qualified for yesterday’s regional round.
