Web Design Students Work with Mentors from O3 World

On February 26, Mike Gadsby and Josh Soldiers from O3 World in Fishtown visited the senior web design students. Mike and Josh took time out of their day to volunteer and mentor Web3 students as the begin to develop their Capstone websites. Students in the Web Design pathway have been preparing materials to build websites to present their Capstone Research Project in May. Seniors were able to meet with their mentor, share their Information Architecture/sitemaps, color and typeface/style tiles for design, and discuss how to create interesting and meaningful content for their projects. Overall, each student came away with renewed energy and ideas to revise and build interesting and dynamic websites.
